A performer is a primary creator of the world that Pansori intends to make. A performer, relying on a drummer, uses his/her own abilities of Chang (traditional narrative song), Aniri (expression through words) and Balim (physical actions) to express a certain affair, characters and background. He/she, with highly advanced performance techniques, continuously arranges various and affluent (in terms of time) empty spots between performances so he/she continuously encourages audience to take a part in the performance.
The property of a performer¡¯s presence is represented in three types: ¨ç presence as a performer; ¨è presence as a character; ¨é and presence as a narrator. Out of these three types, more than two are simultaneously combined. In this case, the first presence exists under any circumstances. That is, each of them is made based on the first presence. |
